In Bluebell Wood

IN BLUEBELL WOOD SHE FELL IN LOVE,
HER HEART WAS YOUNG AND GAY.
SHE SAW THOSE EYES, WAS MESMERIZED,
BUT THEN HE WENT AWAY.

WITH WORDS OF LOVE, HE TOOK HER HAND
AND WHISPERED, PLEASE BE MINE.
AND ALL THE STARS IN HEAVEN,
WILL LOOK DOWN ON US AND SHINE.

OH, YES SHE ANSWERED SWEETLY
I'D GIVE MY LIFE FOR YOU,
THERE'S NOTHING IN THIS WORLD
I WOULD NOT DO FOR YOU.

SURROUNDED BY THE BLUE BELLS
AND A STREAM THAT TRICKLED BY,
LETS STAY HERE FOREVER
THIS WAS MEANT FOR YOU AND I.

BUT NOW SHE WALKS ALONE
THROUGH THE BLUEBELLS AND HEATHER,
FOR HER LOVE, HE FOUND ANOTHER
NOW THEY WILL NEVER BE TOGETHER.
